Our littlest learners are welcomed into a loving, play-filled school experience in our Teddybears class. The maximum class size for our Twos is 12 children. Preschools are required to have two staff members for 12 students, but we provide an additional assistant in our Twos classes for optimum supervision and support. Programming includes introductory structured activities – circle time (songs, lessons, games), story time, snack time, small groups (crafts, learning activities, etc) and lots of play time. Goals include learning to share, following directions, becoming more independent and expanding social and communication skills. Our Twos are not required to be potty-trained, and we will support your family when you begin training if they are still in diapers/pull-ups. Working on this during the schoolyear with our staff is a good goal since potty-training is required for our Threes program the following year.

Our Threes classes are a nice expansion of our Twos program, as well as an introduction to school for first-time students. The Butterflies and Turtles classes follow a structured curriculum of topics which is shared monthly with families. The curriculum includes typical seasonal and academic concepts (alphabet, colors, shapes, holidays, etc) along with a strong emphasis on social/emotional development (kindness, manners, diversity, feelings) and play-based learning from a Christian perspective. The daily schedule includes whole-group and small-group activities, children can learn at their own pace with repetition and/or extra enrichment as needed. Our Threes classes include up to 14 children with 2 staff members keeping these classes small by design to maximize student progress and individual attention. Children must be potty trained to attend our Threes program.

Our mixed-age class for 3- and 4-year-olds provides a warm, nurturing environment where children learn and grow together. In this thoughtfully designed setting, younger children are inspired by older peers, while older children build confidence and leadership skills by modeling kindness and responsibility. Through play-based learning, hands-on activities, and guided exploration, children develop early literacy and math skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and strong social-emotional foundations. Our experienced teachers thoughtfully support each child at their individual developmental level, ensuring that every learner feels valued, challenged, and successful. Our mixed-age classroom includes up to 14 children and 2 staff members - keeping this class size small is key to maximizing student progress. Children must be potty trained to attend this program.

Our PreK classes build on the structure and curriculum included in our Twos and Threes classes. We fully prepare children for Kindergarten through a variety of readiness and play-based activities. Independence is promoted, children manage their own belongings and materials and have more responsibilities in the classroom. Curriculum content is age-appropriate, individualized to varying ability levels across all areas – language arts, mathematics, science, social studies and more. The Ladybugs and Frogs teachers align their lessons to Kindergarten expectations and children leave our PreK program well-prepared! We receive great feedback about their successes in Kindergarten upon completion of our program. Our PreK classes include either 14 or 18 students (varies by classroom size) with 2 staff members. Children must be potty trained to attend this class.
